Originally, the building was built in 1936 as a parcel depot for Royal Mail, but closed down in 1998 and lay derelict for two years. The building is Grade II listed and includes original features such as windows, staircases and genuine beautiful architecture. You can even see where the complex was re-built after being bombed in World War II.
The apartments are mainly open plan and offer extremely spacious accommodation. There is wooden flooring throughout and the apartments are complete with fully equipped kitchens, comfortable lounge area, dining area, with all the facilities to relax after a hard days work. They come in a range of styles from one bedroom, mezzanine, two bedroom and penthouse. The Penthouse includes floor to ceiling windows, air conditioning and a balcony. |
