Why a serviced apartment?

Serviced apartments are rapidly becoming the way to stay for the leisure and business traveler alike, requiring accommodation for than a few nights. The attraction of financial savings, the extra room with a lot of space to lounge around and access broadband internet, privacy and flexibility an apartment can offer, answer the question. Taking an apartment is the way to really get to know a city.

How can I be sure of the Apartment?

In addition to our own inspection visits, we have organized independent verification via local respected Guide Book organizations. This started in London with Egon Ronay's Guides and will shortly cover Paris. Such initiatives are also under way in other cities.

How long do I need to stay?

From a few days to three months, or even longer. Some apartments do have a minimum length of stay requirement, but others can be taken by the night. Most will offer even betters rates of stays of over a month.

What are the financial savings?

The general rule of thumb is that the apartment should be some 25% below the cost of an ordinary double room in an equivalent standard hotel. For this you get the extra space with a lounge, and in some cases a dining area/room. The savings become a lot more dramatic for a family requiring two or three bedrooms, or a group of people travelling together. Most apartments also have a sofa-bed in the lounge, thus enabling you to accommodate up to two extra people in an emergency. As the price is for the apartment, there is no extra cost. Moreover, there are great savings on the incidental extra costs - you pay supermarket prices for your food and drink! Even phone prices tend to be lower that full service hotels.
